Fonebox was established in 2008. The founders embarked on the telecommunications business venture after identifying an opportunity to build fully customised and holistic inbound telecommunication services for businesses.

In 2012 Fonebox launched a cost-effective and fully customisable Australian based and operated Inbound Phone Answering Service, fully integrated with Fonebox’s existing inbound services.
