Preset Call Menus are the perfect solution if you run a business with multiple customer service departments. When consumers call your Inbound Number, they’ll hear a list of options that correspond to a number on their handset keypad. Upon hearing the option that meets their needs, the caller can make their selection via their handset’s keypad, at which time they’ll be connected directly to the right member of your team.
When setting up your call menu system, we’ll work with you to establish Preset Call Menu options right for your business.
