The following sets out the terms and conditions between you (“the Customer”), and J2 Australia Cloud Connect (t/a Fonebox) ABN 96 094 300 311 (“The Company”), for the provision of agreed services.

Exclusive Offer – $50 credit on Fonebox™ account

Customers will receive $50 credit on their Fonebox™ account. This offer is applicable for customers who have given feedback via Feefo campaign within 72 hours of receiving the email using the appropriate mechanisms.
Not applicable with any other promotion offer.

Discounts are applied to call rate charges up to $50, discounts exclude the following: Excess call plan usage charges, additional call feature setup/customisation charges, and any applicable government fees. Credits applied to the account are not refundable or transferable.

Discount will not be applied if your Fonebox account is in arrears.

J2 Global reserves the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions and the methods through which rewards are earned. J2 Global reserves the right to disqualify a user at any time from participation in the survey discount program if they do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions. All information collected from a user in the Survey discount program shall be subject to the Fonebox Privacy Policy, available at https://www.fonebox.com.au/privacy-policy/
