What is State-Based Routing?
Fonebox’s State-Based Routing system enables you to nominate a location to which all calls, including landline and mobile, within a particular state are routed. State-Based Routing offers a broader, more simplified form of routing as opposed to Exchange-Based Routing that is more specific to the callers location. Calls are routed to a single answer point, where your callers’ needs are met or they can be redirected accordingly.
How does State-Based Routing work?
You simply nominate states and corresponding locations to which your calls are routed. You may route several states to a single location if you choose. It’s that easy! We can also incorporate State-Based Routing into a Custom Routing Solution. If your business has a varied presence in each state, you may choose to utilise both Exchange-Based Routing and State-Based Routing in a custom solution.
