The Fonebox Postcode Prompter is an inbound store locator service. It allows your customers to enter any 4-digit postcode and be connected through to the closest physical location.
Postcode Prompter Example:
“Hi and thanks for calling the Fonebox Group. To be connected to your nearest office please enter your 4-digit postcode.”
If there are multiple locations within a specific postcode and/or region, an additional IVR message will play giving your customer the different store options. Your customer has entered postcode 4000 (Brisbane CBD) where you have 3 stores.
Postcode Prompter 2nd Level Example:
“We currently have 3 stores within the Brisbane CBD. For Eagle St press 1, for Queen St press 2, or for Creek St please press 3.”
