Fonetrak – What is it?

Fonetrak is our very own Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). CRMs are all about managing the relationships you have with your past, present and future customers. There’s often a lot of misconceptions on what a CRM is and how it works. Some CRMs are so complex they require a sat-nav and a PhD in quantum mechanics.
