What reporting is available?
Fonebox will supply your organisation with a number of portals that will provide the following details:
- View your company details (make changes)
- Change password / security settings
- View all previous and current bills
- Check call records on service numbers
- Number of calls made to your numbers (Live)
- Date and time of call
- Actual number that called the inbound number
A PDF will be automatically emailed on a monthly basis that will tell you the following:
- Successful Calls - Answerpoint Termination (where the call is landing)
- Successful Calls - No Store termination
- Successful Calls - Summary (includes pie charts and graphs)
- Successful Calls - Day of Month / Hour of Day / State based
- Incomplete Calls - Missed by Answerpoint (which store isn't answering calls)
- Incomplete Calls - Caller hang-up
- Incomplete Calls - Caller input error
- Postcode Stats
- Top 10 Locations receiving Calls
