Our proudest announcement is the introduction of our new Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) - fonetrak.
Development
of fonetrak began in 2008, as we were searching for a CRM to suit our own
needs. After much fruitless probing into the different platforms
available on the market, nothing quite fit what we were after. So what
did the Never-Say-Die team at Fonebox do? We developed our own! After
intensive research and development, fonetrak was tested internally and with a
network of dealers. The verdict? Fonetrak is simple to manipulate,
cost/time effective and easy to understand. Thus, we proudly hand over to
the market our baby, our opus, our revolutionary CRM - fonetrak.
