*All ADSL plans are provisioned with a Dynamic IP Address. Static IP Address may be provisioned upon request at no additional charge (maximum one static IP per service).
²Shaped Plans - Speed is reduced to 64/64 kbps once the monthly shaping allowance is reached and is reduced in both directions. AUP may be enforced if it shown that an individual servicer is impacting on quality of Network, Abuse, or in breach of material terms.
³Max Plans - Speeds are shown in downstream/upstream format and speeds are theoretical network maximum speeds. Acutal speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic and equipment. Approximately 70% of customers on the 8000 kbps service can access speeds around 6000 kbps or more.
