Conditions of Trial Agreement Offer

By participating in this free trial offer (“Trial”) which is made to you by j2 Australia Cloud Connect Pty. Ltd. (ABN 96 094 300 311) trading as Fonebox (“Fonebox”), you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained in Fonebox’s Trial agreement (“Trial Agreement”).

The Trial period will be for seven (7) days from the date the telecommunication services (“Services”) are activated. You will not be charged for any call charges incurred during the Trial period. Unless you notify Fonebox of your intention to terminate the Services before the Trial period ends, those Services will roll into a twelve (12) month agreement, upon which you will be liable for all fees and charges at the rates set out in the Trial Agreement plus setup fees associated with setting up your Services.

You will be required to submit payment details (direct debit or credit card) before Fonebox can activate your Services. Fonebox takes your privacy seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy to see learn how Fonebox keeps your details secure.

The Trial is only available for new Fonebox customers who sign up for a Basic or Standard Live Answering Service.

Fonebox reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Trial at any time.

Fonebox reserves the right to change the features of the Trial at any time.

Fonebox reserves its right to refuse a Trial to you or to any other prospective client.

In the event that any inconsistencies exist between these terms and conditions and the Trial Agreement, the Trial Agreement shall prevail.
