How does Fonebox know when I've referred a friend to you?

For every new customer, the Fonebox Customer Consultant will ask "How did you hear about us?" - If the new customer has been referred by a friend, we will then ask for your Name and/or Fonebox Number so we can apply your reward.

When do I receive my free calls?

As soon as your buddies account has been activated! You will also receive an email notifying you of the reward.
